4 Show Special- 32amp Supply

Trader power will be provided:

Friday set up day 2:00pm- 7:00pm
Saturday 7:30am- 7:00pm
Sunday 8:30am- 6:00pm

Caterer Power will be provided from 2:00pm Friday set up day- Sunday 6:00pm (including overnight)

Caterers to have suitable compliant cable up to 30m to plug into distro

Traders will be supplied a 16amp cable to double socket as required

Traders and Caterers to provide on event set up day proof of purchase to ensure supply

We advise early booking to take advantage of the cheaper booking rates.

Where we are able to provide a supply within 30 days prior to the event, the rates will be subject to a late booking fee.

Due to the nature of supply, i.e., from Generator Sets, we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply. We will, however, make every attempt to reinstate the supply as soon as possible in the event of a fault.

RU EVENT SERVICES will not be held liable for any loss suffered through matters beyond our control.

You are required to provide a valid electrical safety certificate (previously known as a PAT test) for all electrical equipment. Where you are advised that an item of electrical equipment is faulty, it shall be removed from the supply immediately and must not be reconnected without prior authorisation from a member of the RU EVENT SERVICES team.

Sub-letting of electricity supply is NOT ALLOWED and will lead to immediate disconnection of supply and confiscation of connecting leads. The same applies to unauthorised connection to the supply at one of our termination points. If you connect to our supply without authority, you hereby agree to pay the maximum rate for supply available at that point, regardless of the period of connection or load connected.

In the event that the show organisers cancel the event, RU EVENT SERVICES reserves the right to apply a minimum 20% administration fee to any refund made, plus any additional costs incurred at the point of cancellation. Partial cancellation with show open, no refunds will be given providing minimum of 4 hours of show live.

The use of personal generators are not permitted in any circumstances, if found user will be subject to a fine.
